measures

How to make

The potatoes are boiled until they'fe fully cooked. Strain them and once they cool, grate tgem on a coarse side of a grater in a bowl.

Add the egg, crumbled cheese, finely chopped onion, dill, parsley, as much salt as you like and black pepper. Knead the mince for the potato patties.

With wet hands, form balls, flatten them slightly and arrange them in a pan.

Heat oil in a pan and pour 1 cup of flour into a plate.

Roll each pattie in flour, shake the excess off and fry them over medium heat on both sides until they're golden brown.

You can take them out and place them on a napkin to absorb the fat.

Serve the potato patties with grated potatoes with a suitable salad or yogurt sauce.

If you have more kneaded mince for the potato patties, you can wrap it in cling film or a plastic bag.

Leave it in the freezer for later. If some guests suprise you at the door, take out the delicious fried patties.

Enjoy your meal!
