How to make
Cut the veal into chunks and marinate it with the wine. Leave it sit like that for a few hours.
Cut onions and carrots and put them in a pan to simmer. Add the veal and stew it along with the vegetables and then sprinkle it with paprika and add water.
Simmer on a low heat. Later you can add the tomato sauce and washed rice.
Allow the stew to boil and make sure you stir it occasionally.
