How to make
Slice the baguette thinly, then pack the slices tightly close to one another in a lightly greased baking dish. Beat the eggs, yoghurt and oil and pour the resulting mixture on the slices. Bake them slightly.
Spread the slices with tomato paste. Cut the ham into small pieces and arrange it on top along with the olives. If desired, you can place chopped green or red peppers on top. Sprinkle the bread with grated cheese, basil and / or savory.
Bake until ready in a moderate oven.
