"Here`s a nice little country-style pizza with a rich topping for you today. Do keep in mind this is only the recipe - you`ll have to prepare it yourself."

Ingredients

  • bread - 10 - 12 slices
  • emmental - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • gouda - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • olives - 8 - 10
  • eggplants - 1/2
  • tomatoes - 1
  • peppers - 1, red, roasted
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • for the topping
  • eggs - 4
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • black pepper
  • savory
  • basil
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)

How to make

Smear the bread slices with butter. Put them in fan arrangement in an oven dish.

Cut the cheeses and ham into pieces, the tomato and eggplant into round slices, the olives in 2.

Arrange the ingredients in between the bread slices, alternating between them.

Beat the eggs with the yoghurt, grated feta cheese and the spices.

Pour this mixture over the bread slices and sprinkle generously with cheese.

Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 15 min.
