  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • dry yeast - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • egg yolks - for spreading

How to make

The products are placed in a strictly defined order: lightly beat the eggs and add the warm milk into the bread maker.

Then add the sifted flour, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla.

Make a well in the flour and add the yeast, which needs to have been mixed in advance with a little water and flour to rise.

If it is done on a delayed start, add dry yeast. Knead it and when it is completely kneaded, open up the lid and add the butter little by little until it absorbs it.

Leave the machine to knead it some more. Before it starts baking, open up the lid, spread it with egg yolk and sprinkle it with sugar.
