How to make
Put the yeast in a small bowl with a little milk, a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of flour. Stir and let it activate.
Sift the flour, beat the eggs along with the sugar and leave one yolk aside for later use.
Add the liquid mixture to the flour, add the vanilla, milk, oil, yeast and knead a soft dough and leave it to rise.
From the risen dough, shape the Easter bread according to the desired shape and add a few strawberries in different places.
Put the Easter bread in a greased pan and leave it to rise.
Spread it with the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven until it's fully baked.
Once it cools down, sprinkle the fluffy strawberry Easter bread with powdered sugar.
