How to make

All products must be at room temperature.

Put baking soda in the yogurt. Once it foams, pour the milk into a large bowl, add one egg, two vanilla powders, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. of sugar.

Beat the mixture with a wire whisk and start adding the sifted flour until you get a thick mixture.

Heat oil in a deep saucepan. The dough balls should be fried in a lot of oil.

Scoop out the mixture with a small spoon and dip it in the heated oil.

Fry until golden. Remove the dough balls and place them on kitchen paper, so it can absorb the excess fat.

Serve the fried dough balls with soda and yogurt with honey or cheese to of your choice!

Enjoy!
