Ingredients

  • cabbages - 9 oz (250 g)
  • peppers - 3 - 4
  • carrots - 2
  • tomatoes - 2 - 3
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • celery - 2 - 3 leaves
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • apple cider vinegar - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • salt

How to make

Chop the cabbage and cut the peppers into thin strips. Grate the carrots coarsely with a grater, do the same with the tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic, celery and parsley.

Combine all the vegetables in a bowl and season them with the salt, vinegar and olive oil.
