How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the water and oil and mix. Gradually add the flour sifted with the baking powder and ammonium bicarbonate. Add the vanilla.
First stir with a mixer, then with a wooden spatula. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake form. Bake in the oven at 360°F (180 °C) for about 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
