How to make
Cut the cabbage into thin strips and lightly crush it, coarsely grate the carrots. Throw the cabbage and carrots into a large bowl, then add finely chopped parsley.
Combine the vinegar, olive oil, soya sauce, honey and dry ginger. Pour the mixture on top of the cabbage, blend and stirred well.
Add salt to taste and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
