How to make
Soak the chickpeas overnight in water. Then discard the water and optionally, remove their skins. Put the chickpeas to boil until soft. Drain and transfer them into a bowl.
Mix them with the ground spices to taste and finally, add a little oil. Spread the chickpeas out into a large rectangular tray, covered with baking paper.
Put them bake for about 20-30 minutes in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.
