  • quinoa - 1 cup.
  • peanuts - 1 handful (cashews)
  • turmeric - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • cloves - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • ginger - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Clean and wash the quinoa. Boil it in a ratio of approximately 3 parts water to 1 part quinoa.

When the water starts to evaporate, add the nuts and spices.

I used a pre-mixed mixture.

It can be served hot or cold as a main course quinoa with a lettuce salad or as a snack.
