How to make
Cut the pork into chunks and fry it in a deep pan. Add the onion, pre-cut into thick crescents.
Cut the mushrooms into slices and add to the pan when the onion softens. Once the mushrooms release their sauce, add the wine and leave under a lid until it boils.
When there is only fat left, season with salt and black pepper.
Serve warm.
A glass of red wine would be the perfect drink for this dish!
