How to make
Grate the cheddar and feta cheese, add the egg and mix them all together.
Add the baking soda into the yogurt and give it a minute to activate. Add the flour, soft butter, and activated yogurt to the cheese mix. Knead gently. Let the Grissini dough rest in he fridge for 2-3 hours.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle 0.2″ (0.5 cm) thick. Brush it with eggwash and sprinkle the oregano and poopy seed.
Use a pizza cutter and cut the dough lengthwise into thin stripes approximately 0.5 cm wide, and arrange them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. You can also twist the breadsticks if you wish.
Bake in a preheated oven to 360°F (180 degrees), until they turn golden brown. Cool them completely and serve them as a snack, plain or with a dip of your preference.
