How to make
Beat the fresh butter well and add the grated 3.5 oz (100 g) of cheese and feta cheese with 1 egg, 1 spoon vinegar and the flour. Knead a dough, cover it with a cloth and leave it for 1 night in the refrigerator.
The next day, roll out the dough into a sheet with a thickness of 1/4″ (0.5 cm), cut it into sticks with a length of 3″ (8 cm). Arrange them in a greased tray, brush them with the beaten egg and sprinkle a little grated cheese on each.
Optionally, sprinkle sesame and caraway in places. Put them to bake in a moderate oven until they get a pale golden tan.
