Ingredients

  • seafood - 2/3 lb (300 g) /mix, frozen/
  • butter - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • red pepper - both sweet and hot
  • basil
  • lemon peel - from 1/2 lemon
  • white wine - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Heat the oil in a suitable pan. Add the seafood and finely chopped garlic. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika (sweet and hot if desired), and basil.

Finally, add the white wine.

Cook for a few minutes until the seafood turns pink.

Be careful not to overcook them, as they will become tough.

Serve with well-chilled white wine.
