Ingredients

  • pork - 1.4 lb (600 g) for cooking
  • onions - 2 onions
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • tomatoes - 1 small tomato, grated
  • salt - by taste
  • oregano
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • peas - 2 jars

How to make

The pork is cleaned from the fat and cut into large pieces. The cleaned and peeled vegetables are finely chopped. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the meat until it's slightly cooked.

Add finely chopped onions and carrots, fry for a short while to soften. Add paprika, grated tomatoes and garlic cloves.

Pour hot water to cover the products. Then add strained peas from the jars.

Stir and season with salt, oregano and a pinch of spicy paprika. Allow the meat and peas to cook over low heat until fully cooked.

The liquid should be boiled until it evaporates for the most part. Now we can serve the pork with peas warm for lunch.
