How to make
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Pour fat into a large saucepan and leave it heat up. Add the meat and fry it until golden brown. Add the flour and stir vigorously until it is also fried.
Add the paprika and stir. Slowly pour about 1 liter of water, while stirring constantly. Add the frozen peas, chopped carrots, grated tomatoes and chopped garlic cloves.
Mix the pork with the peas and simmer under the lid for about 40 minutes.
10 minutes before turning the stove off and removing the peas and pork, add the chopped dill and your desired amount of salt.
