How to make
In a bowl, grate the feta cheese on a coarse grater.
Mix the yogurt with the soda and after it foams, add it to the feta cheese.
Add the butter and stir. Gradually add the pre-mixed sifted flour and baking powder. Knead a soft dough, put it in a plastic bag, and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Take out the dough and place it on a cloth sprinkled with flour and roll it out into a crust 0.5 cm thick.
Cut the crust into rectangles and arrange them in a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Place the pan in a preheated 390°F (200-degree) oven and bake the snacks for about 20 minutes.
