How to make
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk with 2-3 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar and allow to react. Sift flour into a large pan and add the yeast, sugar, salt, eggs (minus 1 yolk), water, vinegar and oil in the middle and gradually make a dough.
You need to make a soft dough; which you can shape as desired. A good option is to roll out the dough into a thin sheet and to grease it with melted butter, then to roll it tightly, so that you can cut out florets and arrange them in a greased tray.
Let it rise until doubled in volume. Brush with beaten egg yolk with a little oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Put it to bake in a moderate oven until ready.
