How to make
Fry the livers, hearts, onions and mushrooms, add the spices of your choice, along with wine (beer) and the tomato puree. Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Option 1: Omelette: Make an omelette, pour the topping on half the omelette, so that the omelette folds over the mixture and sprinkle it with a little cheese.
Option 2: Pour the mixture on a pancake, roll or fold it, serve it warm.
Option 3: Take a kebab bun, pour the prepared mixture on it, then add cheese and parsley.
