How to make
Beat the yolks well with a mixer and pour them into a small buttered baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes in a low oven.
Boil a thick syrup out of the sugar, 4/5 cup (200 ml) water and cinnamon. Scoop the baked eggs with a spoon and pour them in the heated syrup, add the cognac and remove the eggs after awhile.
Let it sit for 2 hours before serving.
