How to cook
Beat the egg whites into a white mixture with a pinch of salt and add the sugar in portions, while stirring at all times.
Add the oil, then the milk, the flavors and finally - the flour along with the baking powder, which we have sifted beforehand.
The mixture for the cake layers is poured into a 8.7″ (22 cm) baking pan covered with baking paper.
The cake layer is baked at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven.
Once it is baked, leave it to cool and cut it horizontally into three cake layers.
I baked three separate egg white cake layers.
