How to make
Beat the egg and both yolks with the sugar. Separate the egg whites for the glaze.
Add the oil and stir.
Add the baking soda in the yoghurt and add them into the mixture. Finally, sift the flour and add it in several portions.
Grease a baking pan with a little oil and pour the cake mixture in it. Bake at 340°F (170°C) in a non preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Check it with a toothpick to see if it's fully baked.
Meanwhile prepare the glaze. Beat the egg whites well. Add powdered sugar and nescafe. If the coffee is granulated, grind them onto paper with a spoon to make it easier to dissolve.
Stir with a mixer well.
Once the cake is baked, spread the glaze over it while it is still hot.
Serve it well chilled.
