How to make
Put the pork with the bone to boil for about 10 minutes in a pressure cooker along with bay leaves, salt, black pepper, garlic and 1 chopped onion head.
Debone the boiled pork and strain the broth. Chop the second onion head and put it to fry with the chopped or grated carrot. Add the rice and stir briefly until it braises.
Pour in a little of the broth and spices. Simmer until the liquid is absorbed and transfer it to a greased oven dish. Distribute the pieces of pork and pour in the broth.
The ratio of rice to water is 1 to 3 1/2 cups. Put to bake in a highly heated oven for about 30 minutes or until the rice absorbs the liquid.
