Ingredients

  • lamb - 9 oz (250 g)
  • carrots - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • celery - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • potatoes - 4.5 oz (120 g)
  • flour - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • onions - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • tomato paste - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • parsley
  • cumin
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces, then boil it in salted water with the finely chopped carrots and celery. Add the finely chopped onion that has been stewed in oil and some water, then the tomato paste and flour.

After 10 minutes, add the diced potatoes. Once the potatoes are soft, add the finely chopped tomatoes and garlic. After 15 minutes, sprinkle the finished soup with finely chopped parsley, black pepper and cumin.
