Ingredients

  • biscotti - 1 large package
  • mascarpone - 1 cup (250 g)
  • water - a few tablespoons
  • powdered sugar - eyeball it
  • chocolate - for full coverage of the cake
  • pineapples - optional
  • whipped cream

How to make

Beat the mascarpone with a mixer with the water and powdered sugar. Soak the biscotti in the mixture.

Arrange in the following way in an appropriate tray: biscotti, mixture and then cream until the filling of the tray.

Finally, sprinkle the biscotti cake with grated / crushed chocolate and serve with slices of canned pineapple if desired.
