Tenderize the pork and sprinkle with plenty of salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions, mushrooms and bacon.
Once the products are braised, add the crumbled egg and a little more salt and pepper. Spread the stuffing over the meat and arrange cheese slices. Wrap carefully into a tight roll and tie it with thread that you've scalded in boiling water.
Skewer it through the middle. Brush the finished spindle with a little oil and paprika on all sides.
You can broil it in the oven or on the grill.
