How to make
Wash the meat and cut it into medallions. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Melt the butter in the pan and seal the meat on both sides. Remove and set it aside.
In the same fat, fry the onion, previously cut into small pieces.
Wait for it to soften and pour the wine. After 5 minutes, add the cream, nutmeg, black pepper and a little salt. Blend the sauce.
Return the meat back into the pan, cover it and cook it until done.
Take it out, serve it on a suitable plate and sprinkle the steaks with the chives.
