How to make
Wash and clean the pork tenderloin and shape it. Season it with black pepper and salt.
Melt one lump of butter and seal the pork medallions on each side. Add the beer and transfer them into a pressure cooker. Boil for 30 minutes.
Add the butter into the same pan. Peel, slice and fry the mushrooms.
Add the flour and when it changes color, add water. Once it boils, you can add more.
Season with black pepper and salt and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve the pork medallions with excellent sauce.
