Ingredients

  • spinach - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • brittle leave lettuce - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • polish lettuce - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • walnuts - 1 oz (30 g)
  • figs - 4 fresh
  • for the dressing
  • cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g) roquefort
  • cream - 2 tbsp acidic
  • vinegar - 1/2 tsp white wine
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • apple juice - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • salt

How to make

The lettuces are washed and dried. Chop and mix in a large bowl. Walnut nuts are chopped.

For the dressing, mash cheese with a fork and mix it with the cream. Gradually add the vinegar, oil and apple juice. The mixture is stirred into a smooth cream. Season with salt, sugar and black pepper. Figs are washed and cut into eighths.

Salad vegetables are covered with dressing and mixed. Salads are divided into 4 bowls. Cover with figs.

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve.
