Ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup (230 g)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g) cow
  • lard - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • bacon - 10 slices
  • eggs - 4.
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml) + 2/3 cup (150 ml) liquid thick
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) gruyere grated
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • salt - 2 pinches

How to make

Preheat oven to 390°F (200 °C). Sift flour 1 with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the butter and lard, then 2-3 tbsp cold water and kneaded soft dough. Roll out the dough and spread out with it shape with a diameter of about 23 cm. Lift the edges. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Chop bacon and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Drain excess fat. Beat eggs, two types of cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle half of the cheese in the baked crust. Put the bacon on top and other cheeses. Pour over the top with the egg mixture. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
