How to make
Cut the butter into cubes and mix them with the sifted flour. Cut with a knife until you get crumbs. Add cold water, 1 egg and salt and knead a dough, leave it in the fridge for 20 min.
In the meantime, boil the broccoli for 3-4 min. and mash them. Parboil the tomato and peel it. Mash it and add it to the broccoli. Add 1 egg and the cottage cheese to this mixture. Add salt and black pepper and stir everything.
In a greased oven dish, distribute the dough, while forming walls. Pierce the dough with a fork and distribute the filling on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 25 min. at 360°F (180 °C).
