Ingredients

  • for the dough
  • butter - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • mayonnaise - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • yogurt - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • vanilla - 1 pc.
  • flour - as much as it absorbs for a soft dough
  • for the filling
  • jam - or marmalade
  • starch - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • walnuts - 1 cup (finely chopped)

How to make

Melt the butter in the microwave. In a bowl, beat the mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar, egg, add the butter, vanilla and finally the baking powder and flour.

First beat with a fork, then knead with your hands, until a soft dough is obtained. Leave the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Grease the baking pan with oil. Separate 1/3 of the dough for the top of the pie.

Spread the rest of the dough with your hands on the bottom and walls of the baking pan. Try to make the base evenly thick. Mix the jam with starch and chopped walnuts and spread it on the dough.

Grab a basic metal grater and the remaining 1/3 of the dough. Grate the dough, on the coarse side of the grater and try to cover the pie evenly everywhere.

Bake the pie in a moderately heated oven, until it's ready. The grated pie is delicious and easy.
