How to make
Dissolve the packets of ammonium bicarbonate in the hot water. While stirring nonstop add the rest of the products, as well as as much flour as it'll absorb to obtain a medium soft dough.
Set aside 1 small ball from the dough, knead it with extra flour to make it harder - you'll be grating it later.
Divide the rest of the dough into 3 equal-sized parts, roll out each into a thin sheet. Put the 1st sheet at the bottom of a pre-greased tray, smear it with your favorite jam.
Place the rest of the sheets on top. After smearing the final sheet, grate the set aside dough on top.
Put the grated cake to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready. Once it cools, sprinkle it generously with powdered sugar and serve.
