How to make
Dissolve the yeast in a little slightly warm milk. Add the sugar, flour, egg yolks and a little salt. Beat the egg whites into snow and add them to the other products.
Leave the dough in a warm for about 1 hour to rise. Knead and roll it out into a thin sheet 1/2″ (1 cm) thick. With a cup or cookie cutters, cut out circles and leave them for 30 minutes to rise, then fry in very hot oil until tender.
Sprinkle the hot donuts thoroughly with a mixture of grated chocolate and powdered sugar.
