  • mozzarella - 7 oz (200 g) baby
  • cherry tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g)
  • black pepper
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • lemon peels - 1 tsp
  • basil - dry
  • cucumbers - 4
  • salt
  • cream cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dill
  • green onions - 2 bunches

How to make

In a bowl, pour the olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice for the marinade. Add the grated lemon rind, basil and stir. Put the mozzarella balls in the marinade, stir and leave to stand for 15 minutes.

Stick the cherry tomatoes and marinated mozzarella balls onto skewers, alternating. Chop the onion stalks into small pieces and pour them into a bowl. Add the cream cheese, sprinkle with dill, salt and squash with a fork.

Cut the cucumbers into very thin slices. On each slice, pour a little of the filling and twist it into a roll. Pin the rolls through the middle with toothpicks and arrange upright in suitable dishes.
