  • lamb hearts - 10.6 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • carrots - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • red wine - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • flour - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • tomato paste - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • bay leaf
  • parsley
  • fat
  • salt

How to make

Fry the hearts and remove them away. In the same fat, fry the chopped vegetables, tomato paste and spices.

Add the flour and pour in hot water and wine. Leave on low heat to simmer and to boil the hearts. Serve garnished with parsley and boiled potatoes.
