How to make
In a deep pot, put warmed milk, eggs, separating one yolk and top with, oil, salt, yeast. Mix well and knead the flour to soft dough. Divide into 6 balls that you will leave to rise slightly - about 15 minutes. A ball is rolled into a circle with a diameter of 30 to 40 cm.
Spread with margarine and roll in 3. Roll another large thin sheet, spread with remaining butter and sprinkle with olive oil and crumbled cheese. Roll the roll, twist and wrap the first roll into a snail, place it in the middle of an oiled tray, the second roll is wrapped around this snail. Allow to rise.
