  • strawberries - 9 oz (250 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2 egg whites
  • biscotti - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • whipped cream - for decoration
  • chocolate sprinkles

How to make

Wash and slice the strawberries, add sugar and egg whites. Beat until thickened.

In a bowl, arrange a layer of biscotti, smear them with this cream, put biscotti again and repeat. Finish off the top with cream. When done, coat all the sides well with the cream. If it is in a baking dish, just cover the top.

You can decorate the cake with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles, a small strawberry or a cocktail cherry of choice.
