How to make
Remove the strawberry stems and mash them with the sugar. Soak the gelatin in water and once it swells add it to the strawberry puree.
Leave the mixture for 10 min. and heat it on low heat, without letting it boil. Let it cool.
Beat the cream with the vanilla and powdered sugar. Add the strawberry puree.
Put the cake layer in a cake ring and pour the strawberry blend on top. Leave it to harden in the fridge, and halfway through, place the second cake layer on top, then cover with strawberry jam.
