Ingredients

  • eggs - 1
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 1 cup
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • walnuts - 1 cup, ground
  • jam - 1/2 jar
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Beat the egg and sugar until whitened. Add the oil, flour and the yogurt with salt added in it.

Stir into a homogeneous mixture. Add the jam and walnuts at the end.

Pour the resulting mixture into a baking dish, that you've oiled and dusted with flour. Bake in a moderate oven.
