Ingredients

  • lamb - 2.2 lb (1 kg). from the front
  • carrots - 1.8 oz (50 g) / 1 pc. /
  • celery - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • onions - 5 bunches green
  • tomatoes - 1 tsp paste
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • mint
  • savory
  • pepper - ground
  • parsley
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml).

How to make

Chopped pieces of meat are stewed in oil and some water. then remove the meat and in the same oil sauté chopped onions, carrots and celery.

Add tomato paste, flour, wine and spices. Return the meat.

Pour over the hot broth or water and boil until the meat is tender, remove from the heat and sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
