How to make
In a large bowl, sift flour. Put baking soda in the yogurt and once effervescent, added the beaten eggs together with a pinch of sugar.
Add the flour to the egg mixture, make a well in the middle. Gradually mix and knead soft, elastic dough. Add as much flour as needed.
The dough is divided into 2 balls and each ball is rolled on a floured surface. Lay it out with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
Custom cut shapes with a knife or with different cookie figures, maybe a cup. Fry until golden in preheated oil, by turning on both sides.
