  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - 1 cup
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • tomatoes - 1 tablespoon, puree
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • spearmint
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the meat into coarse pieces and fry them in hot oil. Once tender, add the finely chopped onion and cook it for 15 minutes on low heat.
