How to make
Pour the yeast in a container with the warm milk and sugar, let it effervesce. Pour the flour and salt in a tray, add the effervescent yeast and egg.
Knead a soft dough, one that does not stick. Leave it to rise for 30-40 min. or until doubled in volume.
Divide it up into balls, roll out each one into a small oval. Prepare a filling by beating the eggs, adding the crumbled feta cheese and cheese.
Stir well. Put filling in the middle of each, fold the edges inward a bit to form a nice border.
Arrange them in a tray, smear the ends with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until reddened, about 25 min. Tasty!
