How to make
First, beat the eggs, then add the yoghurt, baking soda, salt and water. Then start gradually adding the flour, while stirring nonstop until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
Heat a nonstick pan and start pouring a ladle of the mixture into it at a time.
It's the same standard preparation method as for other pancakes. Be sure to smear them with butter.
Garnish with fruits or chocolate, if needed add feta cheese.
It's all a matter of personal preference.
