Ingredients

  • spinach - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • eggs - 3
  • yogurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • salt
  • paprika

How to make

Clean the spinach, wash and chop it, then boil in salted water. Once cooked, remove and drain.

Fry the flour in the butter and add it to the spinach with the chopped garlic. Mix in 1 beaten egg and place in a baking dish.

Once browned in a moderately heated oven, pour on the milk and beaten eggs.

Bake again and pour in the butter, fried with paprika.
