  • leg of lamb - 32 oz (900 g)
  • onions - 12 (small heads)
  • bay leaf - 12
  • peppers - 3, green
  • zucchini - 3
  • lemons - 3
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • mint - 2 tablespoons, fresh
  • oregano - 1 tablespoon, fresh
  • olive oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml).
  • black pepper

How to make

Prepare a thick sauce from the lightly mashed garlic and gradually add mint, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, a little pepper and salt.

Put small pre-cut pieces of meat in the sauce, cover and leave overnight in the fridge. Clean the vegetables.

Cut the green peppers into pieces and the zucchini - thick slices. String them on skewers, alternating meat with onion and bay leaf.
