Ingredients

  • lamb - 17.5 oz (500 g), mince meat
  • onions - 1 head
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • mint - 3 tbsp
  • yoghurt - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • coriander - 3 tbsp
  • cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp

How to make

Combine the mince with the finely chopped onions, cumin, cinnamon, paprika and cayenne pepper.

Knead well and form long sausages, stringing them on skewers.

Mix the yoghurt with the mint and a little salt.

Cook the skewers on a heated grill and serve with the sauce and bread.
